this is pretty much done.

i expect a little more wrap-up work to do, specifically the terrestrial 
clipping geometry needs to be replaced with a layer that lines up with the 
accepted shoreline layer which should fix the remaining issues we have with 
shoretype related analysis and reporting.

will also be adding footnotes to the reports.  

closing this ticket out and making another, shorter time framed ticket for the 
wrap-up issues
