Received new shapefiles from Andy on 12/20/2010.

Layer popups: am currently using existing metadata for shapefiles for data 
layer descriptions. 

Placemark popups: have set basic aliases for headers and have included most 
descriptive attributes from shapefiles. Work is required from Andy/Tanya for 
deciding header names and which attributes should be included in the kml layers.

For noted problems see the spreadsheet above for comments in the "Chris Chack" 
column
