embedding videos #93

there was a request for embedded videos on an ommhelp email (see June 16 
ommhelp email (and subsequent emails) from Nicole M Matthias)

this can be accomplished by following instructions found here:
http://earth.google.com/outreach/tutorial_annotate.html#videos 

these instructions explain how to retreive the kml snippet that will be added 
to the description tag in your kml document 

but this has adverse formatting effects on the description balloons.  just 
needs a little futzin.
