graticule kml #16

how to re-create this kml layer so that the following is improved:

big label in the top left is no longer necessary, 

the lines fall on more useful lat/lons (like whole degrees), 

and the output is in Degrees/Minutes/Seconds rather than decimal degrees.

might just write a new script that generates graticule line kml with improved 
textual output...
