Build progress always 57% #54

Could we please do something about the progress bar during a build in RhoStudio? It sits at 57% from beginning to end and is, therefore, completely useless. It would actually be nice for customers to be able to tell approximately how much longer it is going to take.

Reproduction: Using RhoStudio 4.0 building the rhodes-system-api-samples app that is packaged with the .dmg If you build the api samples app (or any app for that matter) in rhostudio, the progress bar is at 57% no matter how far into the build it actually IS. Screen shots below.

As you can see, the build has just started and is already at 57%. I can guarantee that the android device build including a clean does not take just a few seconds. The progress does not change until the end wherein it just goes away.

If more information is necessary, please let me know.

Build takes place outside the eclipse. The progress bar is unavoidable on the eclipse.Build consists of seven steps and fourth is rake command.57% = 4/7 (approx). So 57% is the static value we are setting.
