at least androidcommon.rb needs to be modified to support build on WindowsXP.

in function cc_run, if system is Windows XP, ret is never setup and the last instruction:

ret.success?

break the build.

Hi Pietro, we don't support WinXP for building Android as of RMS 4.1.

There is a release note: "From RMS version 4.1 onwards, building Android applications on Windows XP is no longer supported."
