README is still old in 4.0 distributable #9

I tested the issue in 4.1 beta 16 and it looks like issue is resolved. Readme.html is pointing to http://docs.rhomobile.com/en/4.0.0/home. Incase of rhomobile installation it does point to 2.2 installation doc. The installation step is same for 2.2 and 4.0 so it does not make any difference.Please let me know how further you want the issue to be investigated.
