Log API - undocumented category list #241

The "category" string apparently is not as documented. It appears it actually can be a space-separated list of categories.

I discovered this accidentally by logging with e.g. APP ApiController. This is not a single category that contains a space. This is not APP. This is two categories, APP and ApiController. It can be proven by logging as such and then setting includeCategories to APP. The messages will be logged.

It seems this is categories rather than category.
