Idea - once we shorten some of the typey typey in ex2 to get people to having their pipeline up and running, we've had feedback asking how people could change something in the app to prove their pipeline is delivering value.
Solution - implement a small change in the app. ie the splash image to convert it from NY to whatever city the course is currently running in. This change is simple and a one-liner but would show value to the users
