Added script and documentation to publish slides in ocp #620

In order to improve facilitators' user experience, a procedure has been added to deploy the DO500 slides in Openshift. The main changes applied are:

Addded a shell script to build a container image locally, publish it to an external image registry and run this new container image in Openshift
Added this procedure documentation
Modified Dockerfile to update the container image version

@acidonper were you aware of this https://github.com/rht-labs/enablement-framework/tree/main/tooling/charts/do500/templates/docs?

In that repo there is the helm charts to deploy do500 content, included the exercises docs. IMHO it would make more sense to add another chart for the slides instead of adding some scripts here.

@jtudelag @tylerauerbeck @ckavili @jacobsee @eformat I created a PR in the 'enablement-framework` repository to automate this. I have already used for a coming DO500 enablement to have the slides available for the facilitators (and attendees) from the same OCP cluster.

WDYH? Does it make sense to automate in LodeStar?

@acidonper As we are providing a Helm Chart in this PR to help to deploy slides to OCP, and it is coming a new version of the slides and tech-exercises, then this PR could be closed and market as not-merge.
