Refreshed OpenShift screenshoots in Exercise 02 #631

This PR includes an updated of some OpenShift screenshoots and fixed minor typos.

New OCP clusters prepared to deliver DO500 Enablements are based in OCP 4.6, so some images are not exactly the same from previous versions. That could confuse the attendees to follow up the instructions.
