Add annotations of Log messages to the Grafana dashboard to enable rapid feedback. @makentenza - the cluster will probs need to have Kibana and Elastic installed to be able to do this one but it's low priority

We are not deploying EFK on this Cluster. It requires "some" resources and some maintenance as well. Is the value of this high enough for the effort @springdo?
