Replace references of "JBoss Fuse" with "Red Hat Fuse" to match newer branding
Make term "Quick Start" consistent, rather than inconsistent between 1- and 2-word variants.
(While I am not tied to one way or the other, I went with 2-words because "quickstart" is not a dictionary word.)
Change from using Red Hat's tech preview and early access repositories to instead using the general availability repository.
Add Fuse on Spring Boot Quick Starts:
Basic route deployment (both RouteBuilder bean in Spring context, and classpath:camel/*.xml files)
REST using classpath:camel-rest/*.xml files
REST using Camel's Rest DSL in Java
SOAP service using .WSDL contract-first
All of the existing tests were verified to work locally after updating to Fuse 7.6, and all of the new Fuse on Spring Boot Quick Starts include tests with coverage at or above 80% of lines and coverage of 100% of Java classes.
Note: The current default branch in rhtconsulting/fuse-quickstarts is jboss-fuse-6.3. This PR is intended for bringing into a new branch; potentially named redhat-fuse-7.6.
