Fix malformed file to address Issue #210 #213

What does this PR do?

Corrects task in docker role that was inserting a malformed OPTIONS line.

How should this be manually tested?

Test provision as usual and verify a master or node's /etc/sysconfig/docker OPTIONS line.

Is there a relevant Issue open for this?

Addresses #210
