Terabyte disk range is too broad #59

Currently when you ask for a breakdown by terabyte it uses the following:

0-2 2-9 9-max

We should figure out what the max range is and break it into sensible chunks. The new range should be something like 0-2 2-10 10-20 20-50 50-100 100+

This should be combine with #44
