as a USER I want to:

be able to add food to the food bank from a different screen and not on the same screen that is used to add food to the list

I'll know I'm done when:

there are two separate intents for adding new food to food bank and adding food to list

NOTE Show message is food is not in food back for the user to add the food to the database.
