Back Custom Frame Rate bug #1079

Description

When setting Back Custom Frame Rate to 60 FPS, the Camera is plain black and the camera Tab freezes untill I go on to the chat tab

And before you tag as a duplicate of #1007 My device supports upto 120fps ( s23U )

Btw 120fps works but 60fps does not

Also, the zooms broken again like #843 was

Reproduction steps

  1. Open SnapEnhance
  2. Tap Features
  3. Tap Camera
  4. Tap next to Back Custom Frame Rate
  5. Set Back Custom Frame Rate to 60
  6. Open Snapchat
  7. Tap Camera

It then goes black , then freezes

No errors regarding the camera 
There for its useless adding any
