Use "Force Upload Source Quality"
Unfortunately, neither options actually work. Disable media compression, Custom Image Upload Format set to ".png" does not work for images, although videos do get a little better when the option Force Video Upload Source Quality is set.
@pijussimke123 I raised a issue for image not sending in max quality with "Force Upload Source Quality" maybe will be fixed in next update.

Description
Sending video snap from gallery has resolution of 544x960px and 10 seconds video was only 3mb, can it be increased a little so that it doesn't look that blurry
