message indicator no longer works

the message indicator that uses the 🔒 emoji is no longer working(no idea if its only the 🔒 emoji or all of them nor when this started happening

Reproduction steps

1. Go to ...
2. Click on ....
3. Scroll down to ....
4. See error.

still works fine for me, I have both the encrypted (lock) and platform indicator enabled and both work for me, you could try to enable platform indicator and see if that works

i tried sum troubleshooting while i waited and found that it only is the lock indicator. the lock still works when i send a small but when others send only it never shows

the lock indicates encryption, if a snap is sent to more than one person it doesn't use encryption but sometimes snaps can also just choose to not use encryption even if the snap is sent to only you, don't really know how to fix this but I would recommend rebooting, logging out and in and maybe reinstalling snapchat

okay ill Try it in a few days(i has to use Lspatch so i need, strong wifi and i don't have that RN)
