I myself have been personally thinking about this and was one of the features I thought would already be implemented when I first used SnapEnhance. However, this could be dangerous. Not only could you make it seem like someone else has sent inappropriate messages, but you could also make it seem like they have sent simply discriminatory messages. This could destroy other people's friendships, relationships, etc.
I don't want to seem like someone hating this feature, however, like I said, it could be dangerous and therefore would like some input from the devs on this one.
Don't get me wrong, I would love this as a feature but just please don't implement this. Think about this ethically...
What's morally wrong or right is not our call to make, however I don't really see any practical use for this. Open for PRs.

Yeah, sorry, I didn't mean to phrase it like that. I meant it in more of a "I would like to see what SE devs have to say about something like this" but yeah I know you mean.

lol that basically sums up the other point I was trying, but I think miserably failed, to make
Description
Hey so idk if this is possible but I think it would be cool to add a feature where you can locally edit people's messages where on your side you can see the edited text but on their side it's normal. But add an extra option where like if you edit someones message you can toggle on show (Edited) next to it or to choose not to show that if that is not possible then either let the feature automatically have the (Edited) text right next to it or just not have the (Edited) right next to it
