Failed to find ANDROID_ACTION_MENU_V2 in ConfigRule

Description

So the issue is that a gui that was appearing before stopped showing up, and I think it has something to do with the error code (Failed to find ANDROID_ACTION_MENU_V2 in ConfigRule) as I can still see the gui when uploading videos but not images, the images don't want to work I don't know why. Even tho they did before but stopped after I changed some settings non related to it.

Reproduction steps

FOR THIS YOU NEED NATIVE HOOKS, GALLERY MEDIA SEND OVERRIDE AND MEDIA FILE PICKER OPTIONS ENABLED.

1. Go to any chat.
2. Click on the little gallery area where it fetches your devices pictures.
3. Hold on any image.
4. The error should appear in the log.
