the quick actions on messages not working/showing

so i'm using the latest debug build and snapchat 12.73.xx and the quick actions doesn't even pop up

1. Go to ...
2. Click on ....
3. Scroll down to ....
4. See error.

i did upgrade and also upgraded SE to the latest debug build but still nothing
