Admin receiving emails for client file uploads, option is NOT enabled

Just installed your plugin and set up an admin account and a test client 
account. I don't wish to receive emails every time someone uploads a file, so I 
left those options disabled. When uploading files with my test client account I 
still receive email updates.

Hi Jared!
Those are mandatory emails, and are sent to the email of the main admin user.

There is no option yet to make those optional. I haven't thought of that 
before, but I will try to implement this as soon as possible.
