What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload file as admin
2. Login as a client via IE 9.0.8112.16421.
3. Download any file assigned to that client

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is a normal file download.
The file is downloaded with a size of 0kb

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Most current version r405

Please provide any additional information below.
