Installation - default admin - timestamp 0000-00-00 00:00:00 #271

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make an installation
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The default superadmin created during the installation
having the wrong timestamp it's suppose to have the actual date and time
but instead the timestamp saved in the database is 0000-00-00 00:00:00

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r405
Local installation Wampserver  - Windows OS

Please provide any additional information below.
When creating other users the timestamp is accurate
