Email sends fine with subject, but body is blank. #307

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Assign file to client.
2.Create new Client.
3.Any email message sent by system.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see body message in my emails. Email is delivered with no body 
message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r412
Microsoft-IIS/7.0
Database client version: libmysql - mysqlnd 5.0.10 - 20111026 - $Id: 
PHP5
