Verification when creating a new group...if group name already exist

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a group let say ABC and save
2.Create another group ABC and save
3.Create another group abc and save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I think there should be a name verification to prevent duplicate name
I think it's should verify also uppercase and lowercase characters

In this example you will have 3 groups created: ABC, ABC, abc

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
