client page empty... there are no files... but yes, there are files! #486

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upload files 
2. visit client page
3. no files visible

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see a blank page reading 'there are no files.'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i dunno, the latest one available for download through softlicious

Please provide any additional information below.

why is this so difficult?

First screenshot shows client = devon, second says client = bb. files have to 
be assigned to specific users to be visible.
