UX improvements regarding skills and stats #290

Currently, it isn't quite clear what the skills do in regards to improving the character:

Will more constitution increase my health?
Will dexterity improve my hit chance?
etc

If there are underlying stats, like health, it might make sense to expose those to the player. Also, general information on what the skills do/affect would enable players to make better decisions on how to distribute their points.

I'm thinking of having tooltips (and possibly other UX things) to make this more clear to the player.
