Chat scrolls in response to arrow keys #302

This was created from in-game ticket #986 [Neui, 2020-04-21 14:03:47]

When there are enough chat messages so that you can scroll, click on the chat area and the click on the ingame canvas (so it would have the focus). Then you can hold the up or the down arrow keys which moves you ingame and, after around after ~1 second, the chat also scrolls too. It seems it seem to happen if you click an non-chat element first.

Using Firefox 75.0 (64-bit) on Windows 10.

Note that there is https://github.com/rhymu8354/OmniaRegna/issues/89 but this might be a bit more specific.
