Login window #3

In windows, it is difficult that I edit config.json because of Character encoding. So please make login window.

Looks good point. Thank you for reporting that.

For now, please install your favorite editor on your Windows machine and associate it to .json file extension.

I'll consider how it should be done but it may not be feasible with reasonable effort. I think I could create simple small login window with two forms. However, after all, changing app configuration later needs to edit JSON file.
