q key for command window or recording macros non-functional #133

The q ( for recording a macro ) and the q: ( command window ) do not work as expected.

This has been observed on a build older than master. Feel free to close if master is not affected.

Sorry for the confusion. I just realized it DOES work when in a buffer. It does not work when in a :e [DIRECTORY] view. Closing 'As Designed.' Sorry about that.
