Updated ratatui 0.20.1 => 0.22.0 #28

I had not seen the other open MR for the same things... closing this one. Ideally these MRs should also bump the version number of tui-textarea to get a new crate version...

But it is a breaking change that seems to require more than a version bump. I'd rather have 0.22 now and 0.23 later with fixes...
