Hi, @rhysd, thank you for this awesome plugin. As you mentioned, you recommended to use spell checking of LanguageTool https://github.com/rhysd/vim-grammarous/issues/35#issuecomment-282955082

I'm wondering whether it's possible to take the "to ignore" terms in ~/.vim/spell folder and merge with en/hunspell/ignore.txt in LanguageTool.
