Implement multi touch support, bump version

Adding support for multitouch - the apk sends event 0x17 to handle this. tested on a touch screen and I can rotate apple maps with 2 fingers

Pinch to zoom does not seem to work for some reason

@gozmanyoni @steelbrain All tested, works well with rotating the map, I feel like the multitouch seems a bit under utilised as I can't seem to find any other use!

I was hoping pinch to zoom will work - but weirdly it doesn't - I wonder if it does on android auto
