Hold up, pypi needs a new email address

Ok welp... PyPi does not let you add a new primary email address unless you verify your first primary email address. I no longer have access to my primary email address because UQ deleted it. I can recover the account, but it requires me to open an issue on the PyPi github issues tracker... so this release will just have to wait until that gets seen.
