Refunds Not Being Processed #2

We could use some test on testing refunds, see if they are appearing. This is the testing flow we're taking:-

Make a purchase on EDD
Confirm it is being saved in Taxamo
Go to Downloads > Payment History
Click on View Order Details
Change status to refunded and Save Payment.
Go to Taxamo > Transactions and find the transaction I've just refunded.

On the order line, I'm seeing the product has been refunded (which is what I'm expecting to see):-
