Publish version to hex #41

we should define a version, maybe 0.9 and work towards 1.0?

the package can be called riak_core_lite and follow what https://hex.pm/packages/riak_core_ng does.

We could do that. I'll tag the current state as 0.9 and publish it on hex.

I will write at least an addendum to the current riak core guide to consider this version and will test that the examples work.
