Decouple Ripple::TestServer from Rails. #265

Removes mentions of Rails.root in Ripple::TestServer, instead moving those things to the railtie.

Good change. I think you missed one use of Rails in that file, though--js_source_dir uses it as well. That should be moved into the railtie, I think.
