Calendar View Should Display Month as Header #8

Pretty self-explanatory -- I think that the calendar view should display the month in a header bar (eg right above the days of the week), and should offer an option to switch months (like PCR does).

Great work, by the way! I'm very impressed.

also, is there a way to use end date only (w/o range)?

Thank you for the compliment and suggestions!

As for the first one, I definitely think that's a good idea, but it will take some time to do. For the second suggestion, I presume you mean having the calendar view have boxes only on the end dates. In that case, it is currently not possible, but should be fairly easy to implement when I have time.
