hello,i'm wondering where to find hg19gcpct data? thanks alot and my data is a panel data with Tumor and Normal ,can i calculate HRD scores?

i have found the hg19gcpct data use https://github.com/soccin/FACETS.app, i'm still wondering can i calculate HRD score using panel data(cfDNA)
