Feature request: Groups - allow users to only see list of relevant supervisors

The current implementation is a monolithic group of users. All users can see all supervisors. It may be advantageous to add groups so that different business units or groups of users can use the same system without seeing each other on the system. This may improve UX by reducing the quantity of users each user sees.

This is likely to be an admin type function and could be integrated with other admin tools such as:

• Adding and removing users
• Ending sessions
