By default, Windows 7 doesn't enable a number of performance optimisations for applications in case they cause compatibility issues. As those issues don't appear to affect Radio Downloader, it should state it is Windows 7 compatible in the application manifest, as this informs the Program Compatibility Assistant that no compatibility mitigations are required.
