Added context-sensitive help to views and main dialogs. #177

Now that the Radio Downloader help is spread over multiple pages, it would be straight-forward to implement simple context-sensitive help for the main views and dialogs.

Added context sensitive help to the main window views and to the clean up, options and BBC Provider options dialogs in revision 1297.
