Error report 39981
I've looked at the error report and found that this is the same issue as #191 - please see the comments there for more information and a link to a tool to recover the database.

I start RD and shortly after starting it crashes.
I note that there are two programmes that it is waiting to download.
Automatic crash report has been submitted - and it appears to crash just as the thermometer bar for the download has completed.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled RD, and the problem still repeats.
