Currently, there's basically zero tests.

Write tests to cover all configurations.

[x] Write specs for the default (optionless) usage
[x] Write specs for using custom maskers
[x] Write specs for using if/unless filters
[ ] Write specs for using the column_name option
[x] Write specs for masking the marshalled data
[x] Write specs for the existing simplistic masker
[x] Write specs which prove that data is safe in the production environment
