This would allow hosting multiple projects under a domain, enabling e.g. “open.ribose.com/metanorma” instead of “metanorma.com”. Not a high priority but then the implementation is such that it should mostly work already.

Together with #33 this would allow us to easily publish mini-projects like html2doc under, say, open.ribose.com/html2doc.
