Add the required Jekyll plugin: https://github.com/asciidoctor/jekyll-asciidoc

Looks like with the plugin added .adoc files get rendered mostly like .md files, though we might want to change rendering backend to avoid markup inconsistencies (https://github.com/asciidoctor/jekyll-asciidoc/issues/181)
