Riboseq coverage plot on default when viewing PausePred #3

Hi, when viewing the ribo-seq plots from the PausePred result table, ribo-seq coverage is set to True by default

Is this by intention or would it be possible not to be set to True by default?

In this instance, I think ribosome profiles rather than coverage plots should be shown. This issue will remain open for a while but this default will be updated in an upcoming version.
