[resolved]The number of total.reads not equal to sum of get_region_counts function result #2

nfo display gives a number for the total reads in an experiment. When I use the get_region_counts function and sum the total in the count column, a number smaller than the total.reads is printed. Why is that?

solved: the function call was only for CDS region counts.
